Privacy and Data Security

The data that you share with us is so much more than just product or contact information. The data that you share with us represents your passion, your effort, your desire and will to succeed. Simply put – the data that you share with us is precious. We take our role as stewards of that data very seriously.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website or other means, your information is protected online and offline.

Wherever sensitive information is collected, that information is encrypted and transmitted securely. A third-party, industry-leading payment processor manages payment information in an encrypted setting, and we do not access your credit card or banking information. Information submitted via our online forms travels through secure networks to us.

We also protect your information offline and have taken appropriate steps to safeguard your information, including and not limited to:

  • Physical access control – our office has entry barriers (locks), monitored security alarms, and security cameras.
  • Network access control – we use modern and appropriate security equipment and protocols to secure our networks at our home base. When we are working away from our base, we use our own secure mobile connection as opposed to public Wi-Fi.
  • Computer access control – we use advanced hardware-based Multi-Factor Authentication tools for our operating system access as well as our online and application accounts. This means that without a physical key that is inserted into the computer, the system cannot be accessed.
  • End-to-end File Encryption – any confidential data that you share with us – financial data, donor or customer lists, product information, etc… – is protected with end-to-end encryption. We invest in solutions so that all data storage we employ uses industry-leading encryption solutions.
